Diet???bley kurus ker???sure???mmg bley kurus tp igt silap lngkah padah jwabnyer...sume org nk kurus..tp kne ade carey proper bru la ley kurus dgn betul..nie x mkn pil kurus..telan sampai berbiji2..ley effect hati wow..ley kne rcun silap2 ley trus ke jln rahmatullah...nk diet y btol amek mse beb..bkn ley kurus dalam mse 2 minggu...xdpt la...klu ikut prosedur pling cepat pon 3 thun baru btol2 dapt kurus y ideal including jge mkn, exercise, nasihat doc..bukan seneng nk kurus tau..so kpd sape2 y nk kurus, kurus lah dgn cre y btol bru la puas hati..kurus tp x sihat wt per kan..pergerakan tetap terbatas...huhuhu..so renung2kan dan slmt beramal...
